- Step 1: Prepare the required documents:
- Proof of Massachusetts residency (bill, lease agreement, bank statement, mail).
- Head of Household Identification (driver’s license, birth certificate, passport).
- Provide their social security numbers.
- Non-citizens’ immigration status.
- Rent, lease, utility bill, or mortgage statement
- Income documentation for the previous four weeks (pay stubs last month, child support, pension, etc.).

- By mail.
- By phone at (877) 382-2363.
- Step 3: Participate in an interview.
